We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Operate a legitimate business or boutique in Australia
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Service Agreements

Specific services are governed by individual service agreements that supplement these Terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.

4.2 Interview Process

By participating in our interview services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your business
• Participate in good faith and professional manner
• Respect scheduled appointment times and provide reasonable notice for changes
• Grant necessary permissions for recording and content creation as specified in service agreements

4.3 Content Usage Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use interview content and business information for:

• Creating agreed-upon deliverables as specified in service contracts
• Marketing and promotional purposes (with explicit consent)
• Case studies and portfolio examples (with anonymization if requested)

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Fees

Service fees are as specified in individual service agreements or quotes. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfer (for larger projects)
• Business invoicing (approved clients)

5.3 Payment Schedule

Payment terms are typically:

• 50% deposit upon service agreement execution
• Remaining balance due upon completion or as specified in service agreement
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

5.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Service cancellation with more than 48 hours notice: Full refund of unused services
• Service cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: 50% refund of unused services
• Completed services are non-refundable
• Refunds processed within 14 business days

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Course Vortex website, services, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Client Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business information, brand assets, and proprietary content shared during our services. We respect your intellectual property rights and will use your content only as authorized by service agreements.

6.3 Created Content

Content created as part of our services belongs to you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. We may retain copies for portfolio purposes and business records as legally required.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by discontinuing use of our services and providing written notice. Paid services will continue until completion unless cancelled according to our refund policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11.3 Effect of Termination
